Simply Put: This App Doesnt Work

Fields with pull down menus dont work (state, for example). This field is required to check out (of course!) so no way to complete an order.

FIX YOUR APP!!!

Come on--why bother creating a mobile app and not even test basic input functionality? Fix your dropdown selection inputs for States and other similar field types!!!

Poor performance

Cant put my state in when I go to put my shipping address in.

Back Button

Would shop more often if it had a back feature. Its annoying without it!

Back button in shopping tab not found!!?

While shopping, if you click on a product to view it, there is no back button to return to the filter/sort by setting that youre searching/shopping with. Please add a "back" button!

This App May Slow Down Your iPhone

That message in my Title is exactly what I read from my iPhone 7+. I dont get it I thought ever retailer cared about making apps that encouraged spending. A warning like that is not going to get me to buy. And when you update make it worth the time and support Apple Pay plz

Eh

The app sucked. I found some shoes I really wanted to buy as a gift and as I was going through the check out I couldnt choose the month or year for my card expiration. I reset the app several times thinking I might have just been on it too long it slowed down but it never worked. It is also cyber Monday and I would have loved to purchase from TOMS because of all the great deals going on. Guess not.

Needs some help

Now, I love toms (especially their wedges) but the app is intolerable! First of all, they desperately need a back button when your shopping because then you have to start all over!! Its hard to enjoy your shopping experience. Secondly, the app kept freezing up and Id have to wait every few minutes before I could continue shopping.. Im not a review writing type of person but I highly suggest taking the extra 15 seconds to go on the website.

Literally the mobile site.

This aint really a mobile /app/ as much as if is the mobile version of the website running inside a Safari WebKit. Theres literally no point to it.

One of the best designed apps I have come across this year

Even though Im not a huge fan of the shoes, I can really respect what TOMS as a company is doing and I love that they are coming out with new products that I can really get behind. Love the app. Its beautiful in every sense of the word, and does its job with style. If only all of my favorite brands had something like this...

Its okay

All the options this app provides is really cool. But my froze in the shop section and I had to re download it. And I bought a pair of shoes off of it and it charged me twice so make sure you only click once.

Unstable

App is ridiculously unstable on iOS 7. I deleted it.

Disappointing

App is impossible to use on the shop section. If you choose to look at another photo of a product you get stuck on that page and cannot navigate back to the shop page. Better off just using the website to order toms.

Good but....

There needs to be a back button everywhere. Especially in the shop section. Im finding myself to close and re open the app just to look at pictures. PLEASE MAKE A BACK BUTTON :)
