Sometimes its unresponsive for me but its still manageable. My only real complaint is that there isnt a back button. So when Im doing my searches I have to start all the way back at the beginning. Thats a little annoying.

You lose context when you put something in your shopping cart and even when you look at the detail of a product theres no way back to the list you came from. Annoying to have to start over every time.
This app is okay, but not having a back button is super annoying. No use to me since I would prefer to use the mobile web to save time going back to the beginning when browsing...
I love Toms, but the app needs work. There isnt a back button, and I suggest opening up Touch ID on the app. I hate having to pull my card out to type in the numbers. Please please please add this feature.
Very difficult to shop for shoes if you can never go back to the previous page. You click into look at one shoe, and then cant leave that page unless you start your navigation all over! Pointless to use to shop - its exactly like the website but without the ability to go back.
If it wasnt for not having a back button I would give this app 3 stars. But the fact that the developers of this app left this out is just unbearable. I would have demanded a fix immediately for this app.

Very frustrating that there is no back button. When shopping you have to research for the item your looking for every time. Please just add a back button.
Im assuming this would be a wonderful app being as I love all things toms... But I cannot navigate without it crashing! Same on safari! Whats up toms???
Worst app with the worst site. App keeps freezing, site keeps hanging. Wth.
All these reviews about getting a back button and Toms still doesnt have one. Its a simple fix. I dont like shopping on this app b/c I always have to start over. Its so annoying. Also, the app freezes a lot. Cmon Toms... How many of the same reviews do you need before you change this?
I dont say this much but dont waste your time downloading this app. Just open your browser where you can...you guessed it... Go back
How in the world did they forget a back button... I cant use this app- I need the back button more than I wouldve thought.
This app serves no purpose. It has no back button so shopping is almost impossible. Considering this same complaint has been issued for years its clear Toms did it on purpose. They dont want you to buy from the app. Better to open up the browser so they dont have to give apple a cut. Which is fine but then toms should just remove this app from the App Store and be done with it.
As everyone else has already so eloquently said, the "Shop" function in the app desperately needs a back button. It gets really old having to redo the search every time I want to look more closely at a pair of shoes. Please, TOMS, add that back button! Youll make so many users happy.
I love Toms stuff, their shoes are so comfortable and I own several pairs. This app however is a disaster. Difficult and arduous to navigate, slow and unresponsive, and perhaps worst of all, wont let me complete a purchase because of some internal error (doesnt recognize my US address as a valid address despite ordering from their web store recently....) Gonna dump the app until they fix t or release a good version.
Terrible design for this app. There is no back button so it makes looking at shoes very frustrating.
I am really bummed about the app as well as the website. I really wanted to purchase new shoes, planning to buy 2 pairs, but the app kept crashing. It wouldnt let me put my state in. I thought the website might be easier, but then it said my order was invalid. I really wanted the grey shoes and the new gingham, but now the gingham is only available. Not one to write reviews, but Ive been trying to buy these for 2 weeks with no success, just got the time to write a review. Hope you guys can fix it soon.
